Latinapalooza: Chingonas Rock SXSW
Popular all-Latina showcase Latinapalooza returns to Austin during South by Southwest and features artists performing everything from mariachi pop to R&B.
The Tiarras, Lesly Reynaga and Patricia Vonne were among some of the performers who graced the stage at Latinapalooza at Cooper’s BBQ during South by Southwest. The annual showcase, spearheaded by Patricia Vonne, featured an all-female lineup of artists. The empowering show exemplified diverse genres ranging from Tejano music to rock in both English and Spanish. Photographer Mari G. Hernandez captured the showcase.
