Broken Embraces opens January 8th

On January 8th, Austinites will be able to see the Pedro Almodóvar directed film Broken Embraces at Regal Arbor. The Golden Globe-nominated film stars Penélope Cruz as “Lena” and is shot in ’50s style film noir. Broken Embraces is about a man who writes, lives and loves in darkness. Fourteen years before, he was in a brutal car crash on the island of Lanzarote. In the accident, he didn’t just lose his sight—he also lost Lena, the love of his life.
