Dec. 17: Celebrate all things Latinx at ¡Eso Es!, a fiesta featuring live music performances by Sofia Valdes, Victor Internet, Ariel & the Culture, and more. Visit their holiday market with local vendors such as Las Ofrendas, Barrio Vintage, and more. Head to The Mohawk starting at 3 p.m. Tickets are free, but donations are accepted and will benefit Latinitas.

Dec. 17-23: The Armadillo Christmas Bazaar, a shopping destination featuring art, gifts and live music is back in full swing at the Palmer Events Center. Gina Chavez, Del Castillo, and Rosie Flores are among the musical lineup for this year. The Bazaar opens daily from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.. Tickets cost $12. See the music schedule here.

Dec. 17: ¡Escándalo – The Improvised Telenovela! Drama, shocking revelations, and laughter are all part of this improvised comedy show at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center. Don’t miss one of the last events at the MACC before it closes for construction. Doors open at 7:55 p.m. Tickets cost $13.

Dec. 17: Holiday Toy Drives benefit children in need. Consider dropping off a new toy at J. Colunga’s 4th Annual Christmas en el Barrio Toy Drive at Parque Zaragoza Recreation Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
