The Las Vegas based by way of Tijuana indie-folk artist Pablo Dodero, is one of the pioneers of the Tijuana indie scene. Many will recognize Dodero as the former frontman of the Tijuana hardcore outfit Mae Machino.  Recently Dodero has been composing and writing music for his new project Late Nite Howl, which finds himself in new music landscapes with a stripped down folk sound.  As the title suggests, Late Nite Howl is an introspective drive though the depths of the night. Pablo has a knack for creating songs that while simple in chord structure they pierce though your memory.

Days have gone is the first cut from Late Nite Howl’s self-titled debut EP set to be released in 2012. The video showcases a lovely nostalgic montage of  family life in Mexico. The video was directed and produced in Tijuana and is a clear demonstration of the burgeoning creative movement in the border town.
